Normal practice is to fit an RN41 Hilux diff.
F series, 5x114.3 (unlike the Holden), and should suit the width well.
Chasing up some advice regarding 5 stud converion on my TA23. Solved the problem with the front with MS65 hubs. Currently I have a Mx23 rear with 4 stud. How have other converted them. Discs will be easy as I can get Holden 5 stut rotas to fit the rt141 brakes. Plan is to have the axle flanges redrilled to give me 5 studs. Is this the normal was to go?

Craig, talk to Justen Simpson, he did the "G" series that now resides under Tweety. I believe that was a shortened housing and axles.
cheers Chuck.
ps. I was Wr____ incorrect on the heater taps. The 22 one is a lot different to the 23/40/.
