Default Sealing RN85 Front Quarter Glass

I got the two front quarter windows replaced on my RN85 late last week, and I've noticed that I get a loud whistling noise coming from them both when driving on the highway. They were also doing it before I had them replaced. I don't ever open them up so I want to permanently seal them so they can't be opened and don't whistle. What is the best product to use for this? Just regular silicone or something else?

Is it definately coming from the seal area & not as mentioned the door frame out ..

I havent tried it but i would imagine if you used a piece of tubing & as you are driving down the road move it around till you get the main source of the whistle, maybe since they both do it use a passenger to listen with a hose might be safer
