    Hey Guys,

    We are putting together an order for BHJ Harmonic Balancers.
    These balancers are Very well designed, alot of Atlantic spec 4ages in USA are running these with great success.

    Custom made Harmonic Balancers from BHJ suit all 4age types.
    Single & Double row will be available. Also with Dry sump pulleys for our dry sump kits

    ho do you go about setting the timing on this pulley? will it have cutouts like the factory one or do we have to do something different? trigger wheel etc?

    hurry up and get pricing up for that crank girdle too

    The pulley will have TDC marking on it.

    Yes the Girdle I still haven't finished the 3d model. Will get onto it lol.

    I need a new harmonic balancer (some previous tard used a 2-jaw bearing puller and broke mine, right where the timing mark is....), so count me interested in one suitable for an OEM replacement on a 4AGE silvertop.

    Also gotta get back on a set of those coilovers too.....

    I was under the impression a harmonic balancer was not required aka run a lightweight aluminum crank pulley?

    Only if you want to kill your engine bearings faster.

    Never heard of anyone having issues, people have been running them for quite some time?
    I was under the impression the stock pulley was just that, a pulley with a rubber bonded/isolated grooved section for the belt.

    Its an additional safety product as all after market balancers are.
    They reduce the harmonics in the engine. On race engines they are very effective if you pull down engines after each season you will notice how much it saves the bearings.

    Its easy to google search to find the pros of them.

    What do the bearings look like without a harmonic balancer? Do the wear normally, but faster or do they get signs of brinelling or similar?

    Myself, I'd rather play it safe and use the rubber.

    Is it possible to get these done with a HTD-8M tooth pullies instead for gilmer drive setups?
    I'm 50% through making a tooth belt drive (machining down stock 4A harmonic balancers) for my 4AGZE due to there being no tooth belt kits for the supercharger, only the water pump and alternator, which is lame and they are badly priced

    Its possible yes, but a 1 off isnt going to be a real cheap price.. I would have to find out.

    Any intention on making these for a bolt on upgrade for stock GZE engines? i.e. Just as Nevo did.

    If so I'd be very interested in pricing.
