i cant find the link (ill try get it) but i think it was on the vicroads website, all the ADRS and rules around what can and cant be done without enginners in vic, this is also the rules that an engineer has to follow.
my brother had to go through them a few months back and correct the engineer we use, as he had a different answer to the rules im tallking about.
the end result was that the enginner was wrong and he went off the viroads rules.
i guess the short answer is what has been said before.
if it was not a factory option for the vechile in australia it needs engineering (though like all things im sure there are loop holes)
