u should not have to do much as the ac on the mx83 doesnt have much to do with the engien ecu
just find the black white wire on the ac amplifier and run that to the compressor wire
i can fix it in 5 minutes
ok, so i have a 2jz-gte in my S1 MX83 cressida, having minimal electrical knowledge, i need to know what needs to be wired up to get the air conditioning to work, i have enough gas in the system to get around the low pressure swich, i just need to know how to wire it up properly so it works and i dont run the risk of damaging the compressor or airconditioning system.
p.s i have used the search facility and cannot seem to find the answer... or atleast one i understand... lol

i have found 4 wires associated with the AC on the 2j loom...
SSR- Air conditioner speed sensor
SSR+ Air conditioner speed sensor
ACMG Air condition magnetic clutch relay
A/C Air conditioning request signal
the wire i think i need to use of the MX83 side is the smal black/white wire on the grey plug... i think its pin 1....
It's black with white Trace on the square plug under dash
Out of the 4 on the 2J harnes, which one goes to the black/white trace... That's what confuses me...
And Does that supply power to the compressor? I ask this as when I tested the plug there was no power to the compressor...
Ok, so I managed to get mine working... Was simple in the long run and this is how I done it...
Pin 34 on the 40 pin 2jz computer plug (black/blue trace) to pin 8 on the grey 15 pin Cressida plug
Pin 2 on the 22 pin Cressida ecu plug straight to the main power of the compressor (my 2jz wiring had a split somewhere)
The low and high pressure switches still work...
