    I used thinners to remove the stick residue on my ra28 which was quite effective and not too much work. careful not to damage glass too much if you have to use a razor.

    Razor + my windows = lots of polishing to get the fine scratches out... i think i might do a bit of a writeup when i work out what works best for me with no razorblades.

    Heat is probably a very good McIdea, but not too much

    i did this to a VN V8 wagon
    i used metho and the green scourers with no issues except it took a long time!

    lol. wasn't a bad car actually

    yeah the green scourers are good, but get heaps of them, as you'll find the glue will collect (once you've peeled the tint off) and smear matey.

    I would have thought they would scratch the glass...

    btw I was born in Werribee, still visit every few months; good place to race pplz im my 1j mx73 (before i sold it )

    i think thats what they are called. scotch brite pads.
    make sure they don't have any stainless steel. that will definately scratch the glass.
    i didn't have any problems with the glass getting scratched.......it got re-tinted not long after no problems!
