Default 1jz head, fitting oversized valves for 1.5jz

currently doing a full rebuild on my 1.5jz as it spun a bearing , will have 264deg cams with 9.5mm lift ,valve springs + retainers, and over sized valves

    as so the valves:
    1jz.
    intake 31mm
    exhaust 30mm

    2jz.
    intake 33.6mm
    exhaust 29mm

Does anyone know of a company that do 1+mm oversize exhaust valves for a 1jz? or can a 3sgte( or similar ) exhaust valve be used? I'll be using the 2jz intake valve for an easy increase but my machine shop is not sure the direction to go with the exhaust side.. any help is appreciated

Similar setups pushing out 350rwkw on pretty small amount of boost so im excited!

For the cost of machining, new valve seats and new valves, run an extra .5psi of boost if you must. Going 1mm larger valves on a multi valve 2.5L 6-clyinder engine is not really worth the effort in my opinion, especially for turbo applications.

264 cams are very mild, a step-up to 272 will cost no extra money and with modern ecu's you wont suffer any drivability issues and it will open up the top end.

that may be the case, but ive driven a cars were boost comes on at 4000rpm and its shit to drive on the street, im looking for boost to come on around 2800, and be very responsive, hence the fairly low duration and decent lift ( compared with Brian Crower 264 deg cam is only 8.7mm lift ).. will be mated a titan motorsports spec bottom end, hoping for a reliable 350rwkw on 20psi.. and may get a e85 run done to try crack the 400kw club

will be using a 2jz loom and ecu to run in for 1000km's and then will be tuned on a haltech sport 2000 after run in

**plus its already at the machine shop getting done...plus will give me more headroom in the future if i do decide on a bigger cam, not that i probably will

Okay guys for future reference, without getting custom made exhaust valves the closest thing is a rb25 neo +1mm oversized valve, which is 30.6mm... although for the cost of the valves + machine work for 0.6mm increase isnt worth it...

    cheers!
