Try Toyota or a gearbox/transmission shop. If you can take the old one out, you can also take it to a bearing shop and they'll match it up (Get Viton if you can, it;'s a bit more expensive but is much harder wearing) They'll need the shaft size, thickness of the seal and hole size where the seal inserts into.
If you can give me your model and frame number (assuming the engine and gearbox is in the original chassis) I can get a Toyota part number for you.
