    Question 2TG cam cover outlet?

    Hey guys,

I am trying to plumb a hose from the stem located on the top of my 2TG cam cover to a breather/catch can I have.

My question is do I need to use a specific type of hose (oil/fuel resistant) for this or can I just use heater hose etc? I am struggling to find a fuel/oil resistant hose with a 16mm inner diameter. Bursons, Repco, EFI hardware and a host of automotive service centres had nothing.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nick.

No, anything'll work, and even if it does deteriorate because it's oil incompatible, so what. It'll be going into the puke can, not back into the engine.

    Thanks Allen!

I thought as much but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks for your response.
