    I think toyotas run this scheme long before 1995. 1UZ off 1994 LS400 already had such feature. I haven't tried earlier engines.

    what about mitsubishis or hyundais? or other manufacturers?

    don't know. probably all euro2 compliant engines would correct base wot map depending on part load o2 data
