Brake booster thickness differences
So I have a stuffed ADM MA61 brake booster and a good JDM MA61 brake booster.
They are the same diameter, and therefore the same surface area and therefore assistance (P=F*A)
However, the ADM is ~130mm thick.
The JDM ~100mm.
What does this mean for braking abililty? Is the ADM one twin diaphragm?
Are they interchangeable?
Running 326mm/308mm rotors with Z32 4 pots front and GTR33 pots rear.
Was good with standard master and booster setup.
Wouldn’t complain if it was a tad harder though…
So what does booster thickness mean??
Thanks all.
