Default MRP 7age/9age 1900cc Stroker Kit

MRP 7a (aka 9age) Stroker Kit

After huge request we have designed a 7age/9age stroker kit (1900cc).
This will not be your generic stroker kit with bad rod/stroke ratios
(Others on the market use OEM style 4age pistons with shorter rods which brings the rod/stroke ratio down to 1.44 which is less than ideal in the modern world of building a good reliable engine!)

The pistons in this kit are a special custom design where we worked with CP to get what we needed.
    Rod/stroke ratio is 1.52:1

Custom MRP 90mm Billet 4340 Crank based on the TRD/Atlantic Crank Design
8 Bolt to take 4age flywheels
OEM 4age journal sizes so you can use the OEM 4age size bearings
Oversize oil gallery holes which allows more oil to pass through the bearings
Oil gallery chamfer lead in/out which aids in flowing the oil in/out of the gallery holes
Oil gallery feeds are the same as the 4age crank meaning constant 360 degree of oil supply to the journals at all times unlike the 7afe crank.
Large counter weights to dampen harmonics at high RPM,
Dual crank sprocket keyway for those wanting to run this option.

Custom MRP Billet 4340 conrods with ARP 2000 bolts
Around 6% longer than the 7a rods
    I-Beam & H-beam available
I-beam being the stronger but heavier of the 2 (These are like Argo Rods)
H-beam is similar to Eagle, Spool etc.
Rods are notched on the journals which acts as an oil squirter up into the bottom of the piston

Custom MRP Forged Pistons by CP
Low compression height, 20v & 16v available in both N/A & Turbo to any compression you require.
    Rings & gudgens supplied

Power rating of the kit 800hp+ & 10,000rpm+

    $3750NZD

    Notes
Must be used with a 7afe block
No modifying of the block is required

If your fitting oil squirters into the block from a 4age engine and worried about clearance, the crank has been designed to clear the oil squirters.
    Takes 4age flywheels

will this require "clearancing" of the block or any other shenanigans of the sort? 3k for the full setup is bullshit cheap...

any ideas on power and RPM ratings?

also will we be able to specify whatever comp ratio we want?

edit - pending the above, count me in.

what is the pistons comp height for this kit? you can go for 25mm c-c like on Ninja zx14r to help rod length.

Yes you will be able to specify the comp ratio you want.
The kit will be designed to handle over 800hp if needed.
RPM ratings - thats up to how game you are! but should easily be around 9000rpm capable.

Piston comp height is the key in this kit and the pistons will be a special design. And yes its gona be tiny!
The rod length we are using is around 6% longer than the stock 7a rods.

    Ok....I'm in too.
I was already in the process of getting prices for custom rods and pistons to make a 1.6:1 rod / stroke 7AFE with standard stroke. But no point now

We have pretty much sorted the crank and rods.
Just working on piston designs with some usa companies (JE, Wiseco, Cp & Ross).
Once they are confirmed we will be taking deposits.
