Interchange for 42431-22060, Rear brake rotor

I am looking for an interchange p/n either Toyota or aftermarket for 42431-22060.

According to Toyodiy, it fits:

MA61 and RT142 are about the only Aus delivered cars on that list.
And you should be able to get them aftermarket DBA or RDA (haven't looked personally).

According to Brembo the factory part number is 42431-14070 though.
Which is where I've got all these details off.

I can get 42431-14070 and aftermarket equivalents here, I just didn't know if they would fit, as there is nothing that cross-references the two part numbers.

I will be pulling the brakes apart later this week to measure the existing rotors.
