    Default need help to find a crush washer.

    ok everybody.. i have kinda hit a wall , i need two washers with an ID of 18mm and external di 39mm
    and thickness of 0.5 mm

    its for the large banjo oil feed bolt on the gen 2 3sgte, toyo cant get me the pair for at least 4 weeks and i need it yesterday.

    can anyone help me with ideas.

    What kind of washer? Metal? Rubber? Flat/cone/spring?

    metal, with some kind of thin black coating on it .

    Oil feed- I would guess he means the copper ones?

    Any auto shop of decent quality should stock your generic ones - failing that, engine rebuilders/truck spares etc etc

    Aluminum from a beer can/whatever for a quick&dirty that'll last as long as anything else.

    the gen3 ones i've gotten new don't have the black coating, brass would be fine.

    try a hydraulic hose place there bound to have what your after or know where to get it
