    Default Turbo flange Machining Perth

Hey guys tried searching here and on google but cant seem to find an answer. i just finished making my turbo manifold but the flange is now warped 2-3mm on the head side. Im planning to get it machined down so the overall width will be just over 10mm. Is this too thin for a turbo manifold? Also where in Perth (NOR prefered) would be a good place to get it machined?

    Cheers

Try RPW in Osborne Park. They are a bitsamissing Evo mods & tuning shop. They have extractors fabricated in Taiwan and import them. They have hundreds hanging up in their workshop. When they get them, the first thing they do is have them faced.

Now may be you can help me. I need to get a flange plate cut preferably out of stainless steel (for a ST165 DP), do you know anywhere that can laser cut it and is reasonable on price? I got a price yesterday and the company said their minimum charge is $300.00

Senior Fred: Do you have a cad drawing of the flange? Much cheaper if you can source one. (Otherwise they charge like a wounded bull to do the drawing)

Then try Action Laser Cutting, really good service from them. (For a rough idea, I had a piece of 304 stainless 1490x750x3 cut with 20 holes and it cost $216.00)

If the flange is the same as the 7m ct26 im pretty sure I've seen flanges in stainless. Not too sure if the output flange is the same but

    Cheers for the reply.

I have the flange that Jonathan Yee posted photos of

I'm a Draftee so I can draw the flange up in CAD.

I had a bit of a look on the net today for flanges, Some of the Supra's and Landcruisers (as they use the CT26 Turbo), have this type of flange so I will look some more tonight or tomorrow.

    Cheers
