manifold flanges- where to get them made?

i went out to an engineering place the other day to see if i could get some manifold flanges made up for the 1g manifold only to find they are closed
can anyone recommend a shop that can do them without having to have a minimum amount made up before theyll even take the order?

My exhaust shop had a catalogue that listed a lot of engines and flanges he could get. Have you tried that?

get a gasket and take it down to your local water cutter. 100 bucks. done.

its for the exhaust manifold.
i got sidetracked yesterday so didnt get to making more enquiries ill have a look today and see what i can find

The local laser cutting guys here do free artwork an excellent prices on flanges. I had some 4A ones made (took them the gasket, walked away with a flange) and they were $40ea or so. 1G you might need to give them a manifold: IIRC the gasket is 2 parts (or just get 2 half flanges made)

Yeah, the 1g has 3 seperate 2-port flanges.

So if you take a gasket in and get a dozen made, it should be pretty cheap and you should be able to find enough ppl on here to offload to.
