Nah, just hadn't pushed the shaft hard or far enough into the diff so the snap ring could connect.
just stupid really...

I'm happy to organise the cabins at the track if we have enough numbers, and i'll compare prices on the reno'd bunkhouse - which due to the bonfire might be preferred? The bunkhouse has gone upmarket. But i need to know numbers so i know what i'm looking for.
