BJ314 vs BJ145: Does anyone know the taper specs? (MA61->celica steering arm)

Has anyone found an easy way to use the MA61 LCAs (which have the BJ314 balljoint) with the Celica steering arms (BJ145 balljoint). I've hunted for quite a while for a catalogue which lists balljoints by spec (to find a joint with the correct lower diam for the MA61 LCA and the correct taper for the celica steering arm) but haven't had any luck.

Is the taper a standard size? (IE could buy a ream with the correct angle and ream out the steering arm to suit the BJ145)

Even better...has anyone else found a balljoint which will adapt them without modification?

Whoa...I just came back to this thread to add a link to your wiki that I just found. Awesome work dude! At this stage I'm looking at adapting the RA65 balljoint to the MA61 LCA...saves having to machine the taper (tedious)!
