So how did everyone go? Awesome weather for most of today so I'm guessing some PB's were had??

Yep, few PBs. JoJo the *&^% beat me - 85.55 vs 85.84. PB for me - and JoJo's 48.81 on the first lap of his second run is a PB for him - I must have gee'd him up too much with my 48.87 earlier this year.
Was a great day, lots of fun. My son loved getting a run in my car on the "parade" laps. And sitting in the passenger seat in JoJo's car was any eye opener. What a weapon!
Kicked myself though - changing the wheels when I got home, was just putting on the 2nd rear wheel when I went "where the f**k are the spacers?". Usually run 10mm spacers on the rear, was in such a rush yesterday I totally forgot them. No wonder the car felt a little different. Ijit...

Don't be so hard on yourself Grandma Ben...Funny thing was the amount of people that commented on how good your car was - from people who had ridden in it for the parade laps or were behind it.

New wheel alignment didn't net you those 46's you were hoping for hey Ben?
Sounds like everyone went well and no one binned it.

Good times from me? not this time lol Old tyres are old...
Had a great day though, seems they are considering having the passenger laps at lunchtime on club rounds too.

Yeah, had an absolute ball today.... Even tho I forgot it was a 2 lapper on my first run![]()
I was heading straight for the end run off, and realised about 10m before the 'S' bend. I tried to make it, but fronts locked up and I was heading straight for the dirt between the 'S" and the run off strip. So just kept going off road ...hahaha .. still got an 87 lap time.....
The passenger parade (speed) runs were alot of fun. Something differant that involves the crowd a bit more..... The kids loved it. Smile from ear to ear from the ones that came for rides with me.
My new wheel alignment is amazing.... I have never had so much grip, and I still use Federal RSR's.... Managed a 48.81 (85.55) which I am happy with, but after the feel of the car today, I should be able to get more off my times.... Really looking forward to the next one....
Todd, the RX7 sounded really healthy today, less splutter and backfires from last year. Looking forward to this years competition![]()
The other Todd's WRX looked super stable around the corners and he drove very well today and had some really quick times... in the 83's for his 2 lap times... Well done mate...
I didn't get to see Tyrie or Bob because our running numbers were too close....
