TRD coilovers have super stiff valving. Ideal if your corolla is on the circuit running slicks. But not ideal for the majority of us.

Comfy ride doesn't come from the spring rate it comes from how the shocks has been valved.

I had trd ones in my car when I first got it the ride wasnt that bad but it was pretty stiff
