    Default 1jz fuel dampener.

Ive been fault finding my 1j for the past week to no avail.
Ive basicly got a very rough idle/stalling and doesnt want to accelerate that easily.

im basicly left to believe that the dampener unit on the front of the rail could be installed wrong/faulty
is there a way to test this?

i didnt believe there was a dampener on the front of the rail?

it goes fuel line dampener (on the side of the block) then fuel line to rail then rail then fuel pressure reg then return to tank

if you are talking about the dampener before the fuel rail then just bypass it
if you are talking about the reg then stick a fuel pressure gauge inline before the reg and check fuel pressures
