Default Just Bought a RN85 Hilux, Couple of Questions

    Hi everyone,

I've just picked up a 94 RN85 Hilux Dual Cab and I've got to get a couple of things fixed and when I put my head into the engine bay I came across a hose going from near the bottom of the firewall on the passenger side that wasn't connected to anything and hanging loose in the engine bay. Anyone know what this hose is and if it should actually be connected to anything?

This is the hose at the firewall (sorry photo uploaded upside down)

And this is the hose hanging loose

    Thanks

It looks to be the outlet for the AC system condensation

Ok thanks. Also, whenever I turn the engine off it rumbles and shakes hard for a few seconds, is this something that's normal in these cars? If not what parts should I be looking at replacing?

I've come from my first car being a VY Commodore that I got brand new so I have never had experience with anything else to compare.

Edit: I've worked out the term is dieseling, and now looking further into it, just got to find the fuel cut solenoid
