Silvertop 20 valve running rich.

It's been the only thing holding me back from driving the car after the conversion. The ecu died shortly after I got it running, I replaced all the caps in it and got it going again. But it runs super rich and fouls the plugs almost instantly and runs like shit (misses, sounds like its running on 2 or 3 cylinders only)
I may need to try another ecu, and also I've heard a 3S-fe afm will work. And what oxy sensor?

Start by checking codes on the ecu , have a sensor disconnected and the 20v will run like arse. O2 sensor wise universal 4 wire bosh one, and make sure it is near your cat....

As 20v injectors are side feed, if the o-rings on the bottom are shot you'll fill your cyclinders with fuel.

Take your plugs out and run your pump for a few seconds and watch to see if this is the case.

yeah my silvertop years ago did the same thing it was the injector o rings on the 2nd and 3rd cylinder had shat them selves ended up running on 2 cylinders after a week.
