If it's a track car, there's a good chance that the supercharger is never disengaged, I think it's 3 or 5 seconds after you lift off before the computer disengages the clutch, and I doubt you'd get that on the track. Maybe hook a little LED or something up to the trigger for the SC clutch to see how much it's acutally off. Maybe welding it is an option...but if you're going to do that, I'd machine a smaller SC pulley up so you get bigger boost without the problems of a bigger crank pulley...

A common fault with the 4agze motor is the relay for the clutch that fails, have you followed the wiring and bridged out the clutch to see if it is working?

just a warning.. if the bearing fails.. its likely to do this.. cook the windings in the coil. this one which i've just pulled apart apparently stopped working because the insulation melted off the plug wire and shorted out. eek

in reply to one of your questions that hasn't been addressed yet ryguy86.. doesn't the sc14 bolt straight on relacing the sc12 or is the sc14 too big???
the SC14 is bigger.
the recommended oil is toyota sc oil
