Forcing on aircon manually in MX83 cressida

Evening

Getting the shits with having no aircon, and I don't have the time to fix it properly yet (stupid climate control.... pain in the ass). So, what i want to do is trigger it manually. But, i still want the pressure switches to be a part of things so that if it is low on gas / too hot i don't munt my pump.

Already forced it on manually to gas it (12mths ago... don't remember the details..) - so assuming it hasn't leaked, it is already good to go.

Any words of wisdom appreciated. I do have wiring diagrams I just don't know what i'm looking for to make sure it has the switches involved..

you cant.
only way is to throw 12v at the compressor, which means constantly on.
unless the ambient air temp sensor is broken on yours and it thinks its already cold ? then that could be cutting out the a/c.
or you can make up a relay off the hi/lo switch, to trigger the 12v supply to the compressor ? then it would cut out if the hi/lo switch is triggered.

As far as I know, as long as the AC button is ON, then irrespective of every other sensor, the signal to turn the compressor on will activate.
Even if its 10degC outside, and you have the heater up full, and the temp inside the cabin is 5degC, it will still turn the AC on.

If its not working, I'd be checking the gas pressure.
