Next dyno day??

March is rapidly approaching, don't want to leave the announcement too late otherwise numbers might be down...considering the weather we've had lately, maybe worthwhile pushing it back until April (allowing people to concentrate on getting cars ready for Nationals) perhaps?

And I'm not just saying this because the Soarer won't be finished in time for March

Hi Guys,

Dyno Day will be moved to April. The difficulties we have had in securing a date mean we are now looking at an alternate venue and should have a confirmation of the date and new location really soon.

The delays have been rather embarrassing for us but have been out of our hands as we do rely on the availability of the staff and location to run these events.

Yeah, I know. This is the 1st Toymods dyno day that my car has been ready for and...

It is normally in January, seems there have been some issues securing a venue and date and its rolled back.

Given the Toyota Nationals are also on in April, i suspect this will be pushed back to May or a Winter dyno day instead - does beat 38 degree intake temps.

Pfft, 38 degrees IT is nothing...I still remember my first Toymods dyno day, was one of the last to be run and had ~45deg for both ambient and intake temps...

I am liking the sound of a cold winter's day for the Soarer though....mmmm, cold air + BFI + dumps + cam gears = hello 250rwkw...

We are still working on securing a venue that will provide a 4WD dyno at a reasonable price. We are aiming for the Date of Saturday April 28th (The last Saturday in April)

Well we finally have a date and venue... ironically, we're back at SAS. Thanx to all of you for your patience with this!

Hopefully you can all still make it. We are aiming to make this the come-back of all Dyno Days... ie: we want it big! So tell your mates, bring two cars. We have sponsors, there's a car boot sale, and the bit I like the most, we're presenting the trophies on the day.
