Do the 2 Peters from Team Celica get on here and check or should they have emails requesting this?. Since Brendan is co-ordinating the entries I'm sure he can hassle his Dad about it .....but yeah it is pretty slack 6 weeks out to still be chasing people. Thanks Van for the continual reminders.

Everyone got emailed on Tuesday, I suspect neither of them are regular email checkers either.

But Peter W was at the committee meeting and got the message there, and Brendan will have taken the message home the same night.

Dads transferred the balance last night, sorry Van didn't get a chance to let you know. That mean only Pete W is the only one to have not paid the balance for team classic japan.

    it's cool Brendan
I was giving it a couple of days after the committee meeting before I started to point fingers
with the above information that only leaves a couple from team corolla to finalise payments
I will not point fingers YET

I am currently filling out 2012 entry forms ready for submission
as soon as payments are received they will be submitted to aroca
people will just have ti sign entries when they check in at the event ( unless I can catch up with them prior with a hard copy for signature)

....so is Team Celica / Classic Japan all fine with the entry fees and forms now. Just a week until closing and I just want to be sure we are locked and loaded for this?

i dont know what the problem is
we have stated often enough that money has to be in early , if you cant get it together dont run , simple
    dont fuck us around ,
    its like herding cats ,
we volunteer to get this event happening
it seems that some people go out of there way to make it hard
maybe van has more patience than i have ,but i will be pushing if the money is not in real soon , we should drop a team and balance out the remaining two teams with people that have paid

Thanks Van for getting the forms in. Granted I haven't done any of the organising but I would agree with Ian that next year if people are kind enough to do the organising that all money needs to be in 4months out, no ifs or buts. Once people have paid 4 months out then work out teams, not work out teams then work out payments. 3 Toyota teams are great in theory but 2 in practice would make it a little more urgent for payment for all who would like to get involved. That and less logistics for helpers / caterers / team managers. Anyhow enough of my sideline rantings, roll on the 6HR.

Yeah I'd be fine for that.
