Do we need to confirm team managers or get an idea from AROCA as to how many teams they are going to let us enter?

I don't think we will have any issues with 3 teams
it apears we have a very good relationship with aroca (we do not whinge)

this year will be an invitation only event
three teams should not be a problem as long as all the fee's
are in before the official entry open date , just like we did last year
the sup regs are going to be the same , if there are any changes , they will be minor
this year we have a rare luxury of a little bit of time to get this happening
if we start real soon
maybe we should elect a commitee so we can get some detailed organization happening ,
we should have a look at going for the best presented team again , which would mean club shirts on everyone , banners similar signage on the cars etc
our car club is getting stronger each month , and this event could also help us being noticed as a well organized club
that people want to be a part of
