HELP! 3sgte st184 electrical problems

gday,

my brother has purchased an st184 with a 3sgte conversion. basically the car was running yesterday, off the battery as the bloke he bought it off reversed the battery when fitting it, melting some of the wiring/fuses. I managed to get it going, and decided today i would clean up some of the wiring and move the battery from the boot to the engine bay. The wiring by the way, is an absolute abortion. I have been working on cars for a while now and never have i seen anything like this.

Problem is, now i have no 12v power anywhere in the car, at all. I have checked and re checked all the fuses. If i run a separate lead from the +pos on the batt to the acc/ign switch under the car, everything starts working. Does anybody have a pdf of a wiring diagram for this car so i can attempt to get this thing going again!

there are toyota BGB's and wiring diag's online. try MWP's Toyota Celica GT4 (ST165, ST185, ST205) Documents & Media also there were some on celicatech forums

was the st184 red with front end damaged at all?
