I am actually in need of willing customers at this time to pre order which helps the process move along much quicker. Why I did not do this in the past I don't know but I have since recieved two more people to jump aboard and it has helped offset costs I would have had to do by myself which has proven to drag things along pretty well. The way it looks as of now early next year we should be shipping things out. A few more people would allow me to purchase all blowers in which the end of the year is quite realistic. I appreciate everyones kind words and support as most no we are now on our 7th year with all parts done with exception to the brackets. Will post pics of the finished parts soon as they are in hand.

kewl, as gun said. it's a bit hard when you are on the other side of the world.

once you finished with r&d be sure to post up a pricing schedule for us im sure there will be a lot more interest once people start seeing what fasts they get for what $$

Ron, send me a PM or email with what you have so far.

At this stage i have pretty much decided to just whack back on the AE101 SC12 but when it kicks it i want to have a plan in place and i seriously think i am liking the idea of the twin screw.

I am currently making 140 kw at the wheels on 12-13 PSI (well was when the SC was good) check out my members ride thread with the mods that were done to get that. So if i can get in the order of 180 with 17 PSI or so i will be VERY happy.

can you put together a price list for what you can supply so far.

    thanks,

Ron you use the kenne bell .87 correct?
Whats the VE% compared to the OA2087?
    at 10psi the 2087 is 90% and at 15-20psi 93%.
Also could you post up dimensions for the actual supercharger unit without brackets LxWxH? Cheers

Thanks for the interest guys really appreciate that. At the moment, We have a Cnc bill of 10 kits totalled at 15k dollars not to mention the blowers. In addition the bracket is the last item to be completed and is not yet finished. This is why I am hoping that people can jump aboard with pre orders as it helps with the final bill so I do not have to foot the entire load. I have taken deposits from a few customers, however I am accepting full payment now that we are very close to finishing and it will help take care of the bill sooner with customer payments. This is where the kit is as of right now. I am working two jobs trying to push this kit out, but it is proven to be quite a financial challenge.

As for the blower size, 2087 and .87 are the same blower and it is what we used in the first prototype. We are now using the 1.33L which can be upgraded to 1.5L, 1.7L, 2.0L and 2.2L. They can all be adapted to our kit which makes for an unbelieveable overall potential for the 4agze for a great great price.

    Thanks
    Ron

    No joke, sounds awesome!
Can't wait to see more 4cyls with twinscrew powa!
Whats the kit include mate & can it be modified to suit a 2T-E?
If it can, I'm keen as to get my hands on one of the 1.3L jobbies.

This kit is made to work with the stock s/c manifold and lower s/c bracket that holds the stock tensioner. However we ditch the stock tensioner for a much needed spring load design. Its important to keep in mind that I have yet to tap into the real power potential of this s/c design. Especially when considering the power made on stock injectors and tiny afm coupled with the 2 inch intercooler. I greatly appreciate the kind words and hope to have this kit ready to ship soon.

    Thanks
    Ron

I am really not sure about the rules in Vic, BUT, if it meets the same emmision standards i dont see why you couldnt put on what ever you wanted.

sure it may have to be noise and emission tested and may require brake upgrade etc etc etc, but why not did he give a reason / otherwise i would be seeking another opinion thats for sure. like freak me out they will let you put in an ientirely different engine why not a different SC ???????????????????

This was the only engineer who agreed to do the GZE in the first place, another engineer in bayswater said it was fine "before i started the conversion/spent $$$$'s on the engine etc" then after I'd finished and was ready (4months or so) said "it's not allowed"..

Basically it was along the lines of emissions changing... never anything clear though. And NCOP looks like you may change the charger as long as you pay the thousands to have the emissions re-tested.

The SC14 looked nice because you can almost stealth it... almost.

Will make some calls certainly, I've gotta finish paying off my M5 then I can splash a few G's on the 92... (or just skip 4cyl and goto 2jz)

There are two guys that have left a substantial deposit for this kit. I cannot get a hold of you guys and I am hoping you can contact me as the kit is near completion.
    Please excuse the bandwidth..

    Thanks,
    Ron

Am still very interested in this kit RonRob, but I've just blown a heap rebuilding my 4AGZE.

Will be onboard early 2011, hopefully you'll have a saleable kit then!
