you can but it just makes it harder for us to tell you what needs to go to what without the plug being there as most diagrams have plug pins numbered...

but seeing how you have the plugs still it should be ok... will just make things a little more difficult/time consuming

yeah i have every pin numbers and colour and what it does for both looms.
but therenamed differently on the 1jz to the supra.
ill post what i think is right

i have had another hr on joining wires and i have batt light and the other simbels next to batt light thay go off when i start it.
and the imobilizer red light has gone dimmer so wrong somewhere.
i still not got temp gauge,tacho meter and the auto trans gear indecators on dashor dont i really need them.
no reverse lights is it because i need to power up something.
theres a black and orange thin wire on to other plugs thats apart from the main 2 b/o wires and i have 1 b/o on the supra orange plug thin wire. any ideas thanks lee

This is my rough guide to the JZZ30 Engine to Body loom pinouts to match the images you have. There are a few pins (~5) that I can't find on the dodge diagrams that I have... but that shouldn't be too much of a concern at this stage... there also might be a few mistakes

You've left out a number of pins in your notebook, is this because you have connected them?...

You'll also notice how I haven't used wiring colors - they can (and do!) change very often over the period of time a car is manufactured... pin and plug numbers are a much better way to go in my opinion


If you take the below you should be able to match the wires up with the 2JZ-GE Engine to Body loom pinouts on my wiki (which I've posted before).

I'd also suggest writing down as you go exactly which wire/s you have connected to where etc to keep a log.
