i have got the car revving!!!!
its all fixed.
many thanks to purple ga70 and wilbo, you have been a great help, the whole problem was that the sta wire wasnt sent to the starter motor.
well originally it was, but the car wouldnt crank, so i pulled a signal off the ignition wire over to the starter relay, and never hooked that sta wire back into it as well.
