    Default 1jz vvti Power FC manual / automatic

    Hi,
    Anyone know is it possible use 1jzgte vvti Power FC (auto) management to operate 1jzgte manual? If can, is ther any side effect within PFC auto and PFC manual?

    You can with the Emanage Ultimate, so im thinking you could with the pfc. The settings to change shift points etc just become useless.

    For confirmation i would post on jzx100.com as there is more experience with the vvti 1j on there.

    I've always wondered which PowerFC to go with as well, especially in a car where the 1JZ VVTi motor was originally auto, but installed in a manual car........

    Ok i just found this on JZX100.com. Ill update it if i find more info thats relevent.

    "The auto Power FC will work on either but the CEL will always be on because it can't find the auto trans fluid temp, I'm sure this can be grounded though. The CEL will still flash for knock readings and such"
