A usual I had a great day . Ran Federals 595 RS for 1st 3 runs , not a lot of grip with my set up , very skatty --- a few drift moments over the top. Best I could do was 51 . ----- . Just could not get it off the line . They are fairly old and got them a bit hot at wakefield a couple of years ago. Then after lunch put the dunlpos on , still a bit to much sideways at times but a lot more grip , ended the day with a 50.44 , well short of the 49.73 , but all in all still happy with the N/a ability to drag my bulk up the hill. If only that hill wasn't there , but then it woundn't be a hill climb , would it . Congrats to all the other on respective drives , and a special mention to JO JO on fantastic times on a cold track , even the regualar fast guys where off the pace on the day, he was one on the few to go forward . Imagine what time he will be able to do in summer with soft dunlops ..... 47 . ????????????? . I will add a few pics my beloved took later tonight .
