I am ready to go.. gave the Charade a wash and vacuum.. put on the semi's... and tightened the loose power steer belt. Hopefully she behaves herself tomorrow!

Never run it so I don't know what to expect.. it was a couple of seconds slower than the Corolla at Phillip Island... so I am imagining same deal at Sandown.

Corolla did a best of 1.37.67 at Sandown.

It was god awful the first time there.. and resulted in the brake and front suspension upgrade which made it much nicer and a lot more stable.

I still don't have a perfect brake pedal in the Charade, and its running Monroe GT gas shocks... whats the bet by the end of Sunday I am wanting to rebuild the Koni's that are on the shelf for it, and take it to a brake specialist to work out why the pedal is still not flash!

I'm ready to go. Cloudy with scattered showers and a top of 15c, i should really invest in some windsceen wipers for the celica! :\

    hi adam
it is an easy fix with the charade to make it better
keep the pedal rubber, and swap everything else for a celica
    lol

    Hi Ian,

I think you need to check your spec book, as i don't think the pedal rubbers are interchangeable ( lol ) ..

    Hi Joey,

My Son looked at a couple of weather forecasts, one stated much like you said, the other stated cloudy & mild day, so who knows ..

Yeah i bought some of the anti-fog rain-x but i wasnt able to find the exterior type that you are talking about, i'll try a few servos on the way there and see if i get lucky.
Awesome, hopefully that rain stays away.
Was going to bring the big fark off wing for the celica to try it but when i pulled it out, part of it has snapped, so i'll have to weld it up when i eventually buy my welder.

Pretty happy with how the car went, when it was raining it was good to practice my drifting otherwise in the semi-dry i managed to peel off a 1:37 which i'm reasonably pleased with.

    Hey Joey,

Good footage, car looks to hang on well & corner quite flat too, was that S2000 trying to go hard on the back straight, it appeared you passed him with relative ease, considering what power they are meant to have ..

( Might need to afix that exterior trim which is flapping around though )

    Rob ..
