If you have not already figured this out, the pump is external to the tank, and is located next to the passenger side rear wheel arch area. You can see the pump just from behind the wheel and looking up.

Hey people. I suspect the old crown has done a fuel pump, it won't start and it isn't pumping fuel through the lines, just have a quick question. The fuel pump
Is that in tank? Where the car is I can't jack It up and have a look around. If it is intank do I get to the tank from under the seat?

Thanks for the reply MS112. I have had a look and seen it. Now lets hope that is the issue..
Ah, so you don't know if the pump is fully responsible? One more thing to ponder then, if I remember correctly, the fuel pump only comes on when the airflow meter is open to a given point (ie not fully closed). Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
