    any one have a definate answer?

    It will physically fit into the gearbox, but will be too short to drive safely. Would be ok to drive onto a trailer or similar.

    If you dont want to get a custom one made, the front half of a R154 A70/Z20 with the MX83 centre bearing bolted to the stock MX83 rear is the perfect length and will bolt in perfectly.

    car is a s14 so that doesnt matter just need to know the yoke is right,

    Rightio, just assumed you were installing it in a MX83. It will be perfect if you will be cutting it anyway.
