Dyno tuning- what ramp rate?

Trying to settle a bet with a mate regarding dyno tuning.
What is the most common ramp rate most operators set the dyno to tune a 6 cylinder turbo car....8km/h, 10km/h, 12km/h or 15km/h sec upload?
