    Default 2L-T info / LX80

    i am looking at buying a lx80. ive heard mixed things about the 2L-T engine. i would imagine its a fairly decent engine.

    Thoughts/Comments?

    engine is junk , huge problems with head failures , just look up toyota surf 2.4 , and see how many of them are for sale with head problems ..

    7m's are better ..

    unless you are planing to 1jzgte it in the future , id say BE WARNED

    wow it mustn't be that great when someone says that a 7MGE is a better engine,

    they are shit totally agree with mxracer, i would rather gouge out my own eyeballs than have a 2lt

    ive got one on a mark2, its not the most awesome thing ever. leaks, shakes terribly. but hey, it gets 750 out of a tank in city, near 800 highway, so its quite the eco daily!
