Good luck brother, I love the old DJ race falcoons, and i think the choice to replicate the Greens Tuf is awesome.

Some folk may not be aware that Dick Johnson released 30 something turbocharged 4.1 litre XE Falcon in the 80's, so it is somewhat relevant to put a turbo 6 into an XE, even if it is a japanese one (that is only 700 times better than the old crossflow....).

While many may not appreciate the styling, this is Australian motoring history, from an era where factory 'specials' where actually 'special', and commands great respect from me.

    p.s: i have a massive dirty mullet.

    Hi wrench
Can you help me out with some picture on how this plug looks in your car?

This is the plug that came with the motor and it’s been cut-off.

Here is the plug we got for the ECU but it’s for a different 2JZ Motor

The central yellow plug connects to the ECU while the other two connect into the body loom

I think the Aristo ECU plug connects into the plug picture at the top, but cant find much info, what I have found is not English.
I just want to know the interconnection of these 3 plugs for the Aristo?

I did this up ages ago... few question marks in it, but nothing that should affect you to much.

You can see that there isn't really THAT much on it you need to worry about
Mostly the auto trans position info that you need to wire to the 40pin engine ECU plug, and a few power feeds

The above with this below should allow you to connect most of the dots

    Wilbo,

Thank for that, we also found that plug was wire out to the diagnostic plug in the engine bay.
once we have confirmed these I will post them up.

Yep, they're the ones that have "DCL1-" in front of them in my markup

Yeah i actually made my own carb turbo setup for my other spare XE. I used a T03 off my old MZ10 soarer i had and just a stock 2 barrel falcon weber with bigger jets. Runs 12 psi all day every day. Its a little bit held back considering the falcon its on is a 3.3 L and a crappy borgy auto. Dyno'd it at Tafe, went from a stock 57rwkw to 90rwkw, and 230Nm to 309Nm. Basically now it should have enough grunt to knock off a standard 302 powered XE lol.
