Okay so I've an automatic GX90 Mark II with a destroyed 1GFE. Turns out I have a spare 1GGTE lying about so I'm putting that in as we speak. Planning on keeping the auto for now so I just need to know:

Will the auto still work without the wiring?
Or what part of the auto loom will to be kept?

I've heard that the box will still be able to be changed manually. Is this true?
