1g > 7m Noob question.

was reading somewhere on the internet (cant remember where and havent been able to
find it) but it said that a 1g block and head castings are the same as 7m block and head
castings.

i dont know a lot about these engines, also dont think its true but figured i would ask the people who do know..

sounds pretty false to me.

1G is physically smaller them a 7M.

If you already have a 1G, a 7M wouldnt be much of a upgrade (assuming you mean 7mge). if you mean power up parts for a 1G they are available. if your doing a swap probably worth while aiming for a better base.
