Yes head will fit.
No to valve interferance... unless you break a cam belt/or run huge lift cams
flawed, idea is flawed, spend the $$ and do it properly
I've got an old 86kw 4AGE, with a small bottom end knock,
Ive also got a very clean 4AC,.
Can i put the twin cam on the 4AC bottom end?
Or will the pistons clash??
I am not doing this for maxium power, just as a cheap repair. so i'm not fussed if its a weaker option,
Just checking if i can get away without spending money that i dont have.
But am assuming this will not work.
Any info is great

the 4AC pistons are different to the 4AGE pistons - different flycuts due to OHC vs DOHC. big and little ends are the same size, 3 rib block ect.
For around 2-300 you'll get a running bigport with a decent amount of kms on it.
