Ok have head gasket new head bolts and a getting the clutch this week !!!!!

new motor in next weekend ....... anyone want to give me a hand ????? will give you a bed, beer and food !!!!!

plus still need a driver for the tune !!!!!! NO DICKHEADS !!!!!!!

motor is coming out tomorrow night and then the fun begins

And it looks like i'll be getting my wife and three kid's to go for a drive to get the tune right !!!!!

it's just got a little bit of scoring in No4 and the rings are shot so happy that its just the age showing its head and not that i stuffed up !!!!!

yeah from the sounds of how you explained it over the phone today I dont think you have much damage to deal with at all. All will be worth it by upgrading to the GZE bottom end though.

The motor is in and running !!! Had a problem with oil pressure ! but all sorted as of 12.30 am this morning. Now for the drive to work ....so tired !

Update !!

Ok will just put up specs on motor !

The bottom end is now a 4agze Bigport

the top has had a slight change to a smallport head with bigport cam's and gze injectors !

clutch is a F1 racing stage3 6puk that grabs hard !!!!!!!










Had a oil pressure problem at start up ... due to some dickhead putting the bypass valve on the bottom of the spring ????(NOT PEN15 !!!) Ps nice name .... fix that and now it's great

Have put 200km on it with no prob and is running great !!!!!
