Does that 'B3' plug only go to the sensor, or is it one of those big car harness to engine harness plugs?

It's possible to get small amounts of continuity between the + and - as the power supply to the sensors is usually shared... it shouldn't be 100% continuity though.

I'd check the continuity from the plug at the sensor to the plug at the ECU with all your intermediate connections left as-is. If it's no good, check it from that intermediate plug - that'll tell you which side of the intermediate plug the problem is on.

Does the speed sensor have 3 pins or 4 pins? If 3, where did the 4th wire for 'ECT' go?

Speed sensor are 3 wire units.
    Power, earth, signal.
If you have any of these backwards, she will not work.
Also if the sensor is stuffed, she obviously won't work.

My setup was a W5x wired into an ABS unit which was originally for an A340E.

im guessing stuffed sensor now tried everything you guys ive checked and wiring is correct. from sensor its wires RED = PSEN, Black = RR- White = RR+ then from its plug its going to the abs plug in engine bay to Yellow = RR-, Black = RR+ and RED/black = Psen. might get a new sensor from drift motion and give that a shot.

    thanks guys

I'm pretty sure the UZS131 Crown ABS sensor is the same, thats what I used.
