charcol filter on 4A-ge

i Have this on my car but my car is missing a return fuel line i was wondering can i get rid of charcol filter use its steel line for my return line and how do i do this????

Charcole canister isnt "needed" but i think its an emmsions requirement.. however the choice is there for you to make to take it off or not.

How can your car be missing a fuel return line? please elaborate a little.

i do not know i bought it second hand its a corolla but its got a 4age in it witch is not original the fuel return line is just a rubber hose straight from the fuel rail to the fuel take insted of replacing the line i could use the charcole canister line.... how do you block the line at the fuel take or i could just swap the lines around rubber hose for the charcol canister and metal line for the fuel return
