Don't you just loop a pipe between the two outlets that would go to the throttle body, so there is always flow there?
doing some thinking about the cooling system people use when making a 4age rwd. the generally accepted way of doing things is to blank the throttle body warm up circuit off. this only leaves the heater circuit to return the hot water from the back of the head back into the system. problem lies when you turn the hot air off and thus shut the heater tap. now am i missing something or does this not leave any path for the water to exit the rear of the head?

You need to keep some flow. The way it's designed is to constantly pull hot water out of the head past the sensors to the water pump. I run my turbo in place of the throttle body for a win-win situation.
I installed by gauge temp sensor in the cold start injector hole.
well thats the way it should be done, but most of the ones ive seen they are just blanked off.

Arrow between the outlet on the front of the head and the thermostat is the bypass.
'I've scrapped better.' John stated when asked about the car by the guy with the silver tipped cowboy boots!
yep, but the lines running down the side of the block, from the back of the head return into the inlet water pipe, straight back into the water pump and into the motor.

I know this is old..
Can I just block off the rear of the head? I'm not running a heater etc. Or will I need to run a 4AC RWD pipe to connect the rear with the back of the water pump?
Thanks,

Yes you can block the rear outlet. That's how it's done on our local AE92 as we don't have heater here in Indonesia.
However, i'd suggest you take the extra effort and run the bypass pipe to the pump.. Your head gasket near #4 cylinder will thank you for it. Also your Coolant Temp Sensor will read more correctly as heated coolant is distributed better with the pipe.
I was thinking that after I posted thisI will just change to 4ac item.
Thanks,
