Okay, dont blast me I have looked everywhere and have found conflicting info, so I need help.
Anyone know the part number of a 20v idler pulley (alternator belt, not timing)?
Or can anyone confirm/deny its the same as a 16v? Ive heard 20v BT and ST are different.
51LII is screeching her head off cos the bearing is screwed and its so damn annoying!
Cheers.

Just pop the bearing out and take that to a shop to match up.
Buy a gates pulley catalog, and a set of verniers, there should be something in the catalog you can use/ make fit.
Craig - bearing doesnt look to be a replaceable type, looks like its all part of the pulley
Casey yeah that was my next step anyway, just thought surely someone's already been down this path before??

Is it possible to change the belt length and use a 16V pulley? They may be a bit more common beingan aus released engine. I know a lot of guys that replace the gze pulley with a timing belt tensioner pulley, however I really haven't seen many threads relating to the 20volt, that being said the 20volt pulley is a replacement pulley for the gze also, so perhaps a timing belt tensioner may suit what your trying to do.
Sorry I can't be of much more help I'm limited mainly to the 16v variants.
Hmm i'lll do some more research then. Thanks for your help tho its appreciated!![]()

I had one custom made for my AE101 for $120 and made it so the bearing could be replaced with a common bearing.only took them a day to whip it up. heres some pics / details of mine.>>>> http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/showthread.php?t=60430
note its for a GZE and is most likely a smaller pulley as its to suit a 175 mm crank pulley
