3S-GTE Rebuild. Recommended workshops?

Hi all,
Just a quick post.

Need to have a ST185 '90 3S-GTE rebuilt (It's my old man's car). Running very sluggish, burning oil, low compression, etc.
Could some of you recommend a few workshops in the Melbourne aera & also expected costs (full rebuild). It already has a high flow CT26 with steel turbine (just rebuilt as he thought it was the turbo burning oil) & stainless steel dump pipe (decat type).So will bigger injectors & aftermarket ECU be needed?
I use Racepace Motorsport (Bayswater) for my GTR, but I wanted to know who the Toyota guy's use.
