quick double check.....Ive just installed and repinned my JZA70 loom to suit a manual JZX90 ecu and plugs so all I do is make up that circuit(peice of piss) and output of the transistor leg C to the orignal jza70 FP wire correct....
If I'm reading you correctly you should use the circuit below that converters FPC (Pulse Width Modulated [PWM] fuel pump control signal) to a COR trigger signal. JZX90 has a PWM, and JZA70 uses a COR.

cool so I cannot use the diagram above whats the difference is that to suit a power fc?

anyhting that uses a COR all u need to do is ground the triger wire somehow and pump will run
i use my tachometric relays for that

when i do aristo 2jzgte into jza80 supras u can wire the fuel pump module like normal and it works
im pretty sure any engine ecu that controls a fuel pump module can control any other fuel pump module

u juat have to learn the names of the pins
early ecus with COR have "fc" wire that triggers COR

ive just done 4 1uz looms this month and they have a "fpc" and an "fc" terminals to control the
    fuel pump module
this "fc" terminal for fuel pump control modules cannot control the early COR even though they have an "fc" terminal
as they have slightly different signals
i have probably only done 2 or 3 jobs this year that needed a COR
most of them i run the tachometric relays

love that wiki you made!! now to sort out a tiny issue....bugger always idles at 1000rpm when warm...using JZX90 manual ecu with replaced caps blocked off ISCV for now so far ok lol

whats rough price on the 5 or 6 parts and a rough time to make
maybe i should start making these

if i order 100 modified tacho relays i get a good price and im running low on them

Running an A70 PowerFC on my JZX90. I get 5v from the FPC pin when ignition is on. Will this cct mean the fuel pump will be on whenever the ignition is? Want the fuel pump to cut out when the car stalls and also not run (longer than 6 seconds) when the car is just in ignition.

That's the way it looks to me.... I would have thought though the z30 would only Prime the Fuel pump for a short period on Ignition then turn off..... in which case you wouldn't be getting voltage to the FPC Pin constantly? I guess I might be wrong if it's constantly giving voltage on the FPC Pin.... in which case on the OEM JZZ30 and JZX90? System, the Fuel Pump ECU would still be feeding power to the Fuel pump instead of priming it for 3 seconds then turning off on Ignition (No Revs)

The way I see it that transistor uses the voltage from the FPC Pin to trigger it, then the Transister feeds ground to the COR whenever the car is on Ignition, if that is how it works AND the FPC Pin DEFINATELY has Voltage on Ignition (Engine not rotating) then :

    - An easier way instead of making that circuit would be to permanently ground the COR Relay, and then your fuel pump will be on whenever the Ignition is, now if the FPC Pin DEFINATELY gets 5v on Ignition (Car not even started), then that Circuit Wilbo showed would turn the fuel pump on as soon as you put the car on Ignition, in which case you don't need a transistor to do that function.

Just permanently ground the COR Relay, so whenever you put the car on Ignition power goes to the COR Relay, it's already grounded so the relay clicks in and the fuel pump turns on.

If you want the fuel pump to only run when the engine is rotating, install a "Tachometric" Style relay, I think EFI 202 VK's ran them and various other cars.

    That's what I do
Just got a shipment of 50 tachometric relays with negative output
As all LPG ones are positive triggered
    Much less hassle
